Performance Management Program

The Performance Management Program for Professional/Managerial staff is designed to provide a process for supervisors and employees to discuss and agree upon individual goals, action plans and competencies for the upcoming performance cycle. Individual goals are linked to overall department/faculty goals as well as the university's strategic plan. The process encourages ongoing coaching and followup. At the end of the performance cycle, the supervisor and employee discuss feedback on the achievement of the employee's goals, as well as any opportunities for development.
